{"id":9200,"date":"2025-01-14T07:13:36","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T07:13:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kemenaghulusungaiutara.com\/?p=9200"},"modified":"2025-01-14T07:13:36","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T07:13:36","slug":"manfaatkan-hasil-toga-peserta-didik-min-2-hsu-buat-jamu-curcuma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kemenaghulusungaiutara.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/14\/manfaatkan-hasil-toga-peserta-didik-min-2-hsu-buat-jamu-curcuma\/","title":{"rendered":"Manfaatkan Hasil Toga, Peserta Didik MIN 2 HSU Buat Jamu Curcuma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Amuntai ( MIN 2 HSU) \u2013Peserta didik kelas VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) memanfaatkan hasil Toga (Tanaman Obat Keluarga) yang ada di kebun Madrasah menjadi olahan minuman jamu curcuma, sabtu (13\/01\/2025) di dapur madrasah pada saat pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guru SbdP Minnah Nazifah sebagai guru pembimbing menjelaskan pembuatan jamu curcuma selain untuk mengolah hasil toga, juga bertujuan memperkenalkan minuman tradisional yang kaya manfaat kepada peserta didik. \u201cJamu curcuma sangat bagus dikonsumsi untuk menambah nafsu makan, meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, serta memperkuat daya tahan tubuh\u201c jelas Minah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minah juga menjelaskan bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat jamu curcuma sangat mudah dicari tersedia di kebun toga madrasah atau ditanam dipekarangan rumah seperti kunyit, temulawak (curcuma), jahe, dan serai. Minah juga menerangkan cara pembuatan jamu curcuma tersebut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c Adapun langkah \u2013langkah pembuatannya sangat mudah,yaitu bersihkan kunyit, temulawak, jahe, dan serai. Kemudian potong kecil-kecil. Masukkan potongan semua bahan dalam panci,kemudian rebus sambil masukkan gula merah dan sedikit garam. Rebus semua bahan tadi sampai mendidih dan keluar warnanya. Kemudian itu saring hasil rebusan dan tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis \u201c terang Minah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu salah satu peserta didik Siti Salwa merasa sangat senang bisa belajar membuat jamu curcuma. \u201cCara pembuatannya sangat mudah, dan rasa jamunya juga enak.
