{"id":8893,"date":"2025-01-08T02:59:15","date_gmt":"2025-01-08T02:59:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kemenaghulusungaiutara.com\/?p=8893"},"modified":"2025-01-08T02:59:15","modified_gmt":"2025-01-08T02:59:15","slug":"kamad-pemetaan-asn-sesuai-jjm-dan-tugas-tambahan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kemenaghulusungaiutara.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/08\/kamad-pemetaan-asn-sesuai-jjm-dan-tugas-tambahan\/","title":{"rendered":"Kamad: Pemetaan ASN Sesuai JJM dan Tugas Tambahan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Amuntai (MTsN 2 HSU) &#8211; Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 2 Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) Siti Lamsinah mengatakan, pemetaan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) menyesuaikan Jumlah Jam Mengajar (JJM) dan Tugas Tambahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dikatakannya, persiapan menghadapi semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024\/2025, MTsN 2 HSU sudah membuat rancangan pembagian tugas, pemetaan guru dan jadwal pelajaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPemetaan ASN dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) sesuai kenyataan di lapangan, jumlah jam mengajar termasuk tugas tambahan,\u201c ujar kamad menggkoordinasikan terkait pembagian tugas semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024\/2025, Selasa (07\/01\/25) di aula madrasah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut ditambahkannya, jumlah jam pelajaran tiap minggu 48 JP dan pemetaan masing-masing guru menyesuaikan dengan JJM. \u201cIni sesuai Mata Pelajaran (Mapel) yang di ampu, sertifikasi dan formasi ijazah pengangkatan bagi ASN guru kecuali Wakamad 12 JJM sehingga kewajibannya 12 JJM termasuk juga tugas tambahan sebagai wali kelas enam JJM,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Wakil Kepala Madrasah (Wakamad) Kurikuluk\/ Akademik Khairiyanti Su\u2019da, JJM guru ASN pada Mapel tidak sama sehingga akan berpengaruh untuk pemetaan dan pembagian Rombel. \u201cJJM yang sedikit tentu Rombel lebih banyak, tetapi jumlah JJM yang banyak Rombel lebih sedikit,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merespon hal tersebut beberapa orang ASN dan PPPK MTsN 2 HSU Susilawati dan yang lainnya menyatakan telah menyingkronkan jadwal pembelajaran sesuai JJM dan pemetaan Mapel yang di ampu dan sertifikasi serta formasi ijazah termasuk tugas tambahan. \u201cKelebihan dan kekurangan JJM telah disesuaikan,\u201d pungkasnya.
