Kamis (14\/03\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspandi Irawan, S.Pd, guru Olahraga MTsN 1 HSU mengatakan bulan Ramadhan adalah bulan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas lahir dan batin manusia. Tubuh yang sehat dan fit akan mempermudah pekerjaan dan ibadah selama bulan suci umat Islam tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMeningkatkan kualitas diri selama bulan Ramadhan adalah keharusan, selain kualitas ibadah. Badan juga harus sehat karena puasa adalah salah satu diet terbaik untuk detoksifikasi tubuh kita.\u201d tutur Andi Ketika mengajar PJOK di kelas VII D pagi itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, berolahraga di bulan Ramadhan bukanlah hal yang sulit untuk dilakukan selama kita mengetahui waktu dan porsi yang tepat. \u201cUntuk menjaga kesehatan selama Ramadhan, berolahraga minimal dua kali sehari sebelum sahur dan menjelang waktu berbuka.
