Acara yang diadakan rutin dua kali dalam sebulan setiap Jumat ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa dan guru MA Bustanul Ulum. Dengan antusiasme yang tinggi, kegiatan Jumat Sehat diisi dengan senam bersama yang dipandu oleh guru PJOK, M. Yani. Jum\u2019at (21\/02\/25) di Lapangan MA Bustanul Ulum Rantau Karau Alabio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan fisik melalui aktivitas olahraga. Dalam sambutannya, M. Yani menyampaikan, &#8220;Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan Jumat Sehat adalah untuk membangun kebiasaan hidup sehat sejak dini di kalangan siswa. Dengan berolahraga secara rutin, diharapkan siswa dapat menjaga kebugaran tubuh dan memiliki daya tahan yang lebih baik dalam menghadapi berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari.&#8221; Ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senam bersama dimulai pada pukul 07.30 pagi di halaman sekolah. Dengan iringan musik yang energik, siswa dan guru tampak bersemangat mengikuti gerakan senam yang dipandu oleh M. Yani dan anggota OSIM Bidang Olahraga. Gerakan-gerakan senam yang sederhana namun efektif ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi siswa untuk tetap aktif bergerak meskipun di luar kegiatan Jumat Sehat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan fisik, kegiatan Jumat Sehat ini juga mempererat hubungan antara guru dan siswa. Kebersamaan dalam berolahraga menciptakan suasana yang lebih akrab dan harmonis di lingkungan sekolah.
