Khairati menyampaikan pentingnya menjaga daya tahan tubuh melalui pola makan sehat dan bergizi. Hal tersebut disampaikannya saat menjadi Pembina apel. Senin (03\/02\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAgar daya tahan tubuh kalian kuat dan tetap sehat, makanlah dengan menu yang bergizi seimbang, makanan yang mengandung nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Menu pakai sayur, lauk, dan buah-buahan\u201d himbau khairati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khairati menyampaikan bahwa asupan makanan yang bergizi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar serta menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Oleh karena itu pembiasaan pola makan yang sehat dan bergizi harus diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta menghindari konsumsi jajanan yang kurang bernutrisi ketika diluar lingkungan madrasah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamad juga mengingatkan untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh selain dengan mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi, tetapi juga diimbangi dengan pola hidup sehat lainnya. \u201cDaya tahan tubuh juga dapat dijaga dengan rutin berolahraga, menjaga kebersihan diri, dan tidur yang cukup agar kesehatan kalian tetap terjaga,\u201d Ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amanat yang disampaikan melalui upacara bendera yang diikuti oleh seluruh peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan tersebut diharapkan pesan untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh tersebut dapat diterima dan diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, demi menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran warga madrasah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rep: Akbar<br>Foto: Sari<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amuntai ( MIN 2 HSU) \u2013 Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Hulu Sungai Utara Hj.
