Ucap Pembina Upacara Bendera sekaligus Guru Matematika MA Bustanul Ulum, Muhhammad Ramadani, saat menyampaikan amanat pada pelaksanaan Upacara Bendera di Halaman MA Bustanul Ulum Rantau Karau Alabio Senin (03\/02\/25).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam amanatnya, Madan juga menyinggung masalah durasi waktu tidur yang yang baik \u201cSebaiknya kita tidur selama tujuh sampai sepuluh jam setiap harinya, tidur yang kurang dari 7 jam akan berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai macam penyakit kronis, mood yang terganggu dan kerusakan otak,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu dia juga menyoroti jalannya pelaksanaan upacara bendera. \u201cSecara umum upacara bendera hari ini berjalan dengan baik, petugas sudah melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dan berani tampil, peserta sudah baik dalam mengikuti upacara walaupun ada beberapa siswa yang masih kurang khusuk dalam mengikuti upacara, salah satu cara kita untuk menghormati para pahlawan yang telah berjuang dan wujud cinta kita dengan tanah air adalah dengan khusuk dan khidmat dalam mengikuti upacara bendera,\u201d Ucapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diakhir amanatnya, Madan juga berpesan agar seluruh siswa dapat berperilaku hidup sehat. \u201cHindari bergadang.\u201d pesannya.
